Get Fit in Just 10 Minutes a Day with 600 Secs by Openfit!

Before the Openfit team stepped into the gym with celebrity trainer Devin Wiggins, we had just one question: Can a workout that’s 600 seconds long — yes, that’s 10 minutes — really be effective?

Absolutely.

In 600 Secs from Openfit, Devin wastes no time, packing more intensity into 10 minutes than most people do in an hour at the gym. With short bursts of high-intensity exercise, the program is designed to maximize your fat burning and muscle building to help you become lean and strong. Get started with 600 Secs today!

What Is 600 Secs?

The 600 Secs program features a wide variety of results-focused workouts — abs, booty, legs, arms, core, resistance, cardio, and recovery — that you can combine to reach any goal. And because each one is fast and efficient, there’s no excuse when it comes to sticking to the program. No matter your schedule, no matter how demanding your life gets, you can fit a 10-minute workout into your day.

How is 600 Secs different from other workouts?

The biggest difference is that each 600 Secs workout is just 10 minutes. It’ll go by quickly, but make no mistake — you will work hard.

All of this is part of Devin’s strategy. After all, high-intensity exercise is one of the most effective ways to burn fat and build muscle, and research shows that you can achieve both goals in as little as 10 minutes if you push your limits and challenge yourself. Devin designed 600 Secs to take full advantage of that 10-minute workout window — he doesn’t let a single second go to waste.

Can I do multiple 600 Secs workouts back-to-back?

Totally. If you have more than 10 minutes to spare, 600 Secs lets you stack two or more workouts to create a longer, even more effective training session. Not only does stacking workouts increase the challenge, but it’s also a great way to customize the program to reach specific goals.

You can stack a cardio workout with a resistance workout to help optimize fat loss and muscle building, finish a full-body workout with an abs-focused routine to increase your calorie burn and iron out your core, or opt for 600 Secs of recovery after a particularly demanding session to help maximize your gains and enhance your mobility. The choice is yours, and the possibilities are almost endless.

Who is 600 Secs for?

If you’re busy and need a fast workout that you can crank out first thing in the morning, between meetings, or any moment you’re short on time, 600 Secs is for you. Just be prepared for 10 minutes of maximum intensity.

Plus, you don’t have to be in crazy-good shape to train with Devin. Every workout has a modifier (another member of the cast who demonstrates easier versions of the exercises), so no matter your fitness level, you can work at your own pace and get an awesome workout.

What do I need to do 600 Secs?

You need a set of light dumbbells or resistance bands to do the workouts. We also recommend you use a mat.

Who Is Devin Wiggins?

Devin Wiggins hails from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, where his passion for fitness began to grow from a young age. He attended college at CSU-Fort Collins where he studied health and exercise science. He then went on to complete numerous certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Currently, Devin lives in Los Angeles, where he is a trainer at Rise Movement, an instructor at Rise Nation, and the owner of Shape True Health.

As a personal trainer, Devin implements a three-tier system for every client. First, he assesses their fitness level, then he identifies areas for improvement based on their goals, and finally he helps them rebuild their body.

Over the years, Devin has attracted countless high-profile clients looking to transform their bodies. And all that time spent designing fast and effective routines for busy people to slot into their demanding schedules planted the seeds for his 600 Secs program.

For Devin, 600 Secs solves a universal problem: Being too busy to work out. “That’s often the biggest challenge,” Devin says. “The 600 Secs program is amazing because it’s super-quick. You no longer have to work to find time to work out.”
