Use a fork to mash banana in medium bowl. Add soy milk and extract; whisk to combine.
Add LADDER Plant-Based Nutrition Shake, baking powder, and 1 tsp. cacao nibs; mix well. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tsp. cacao nibs on top.
Lightly coat medium mug with spray; pour mixture into mug.
