Preheat oven to 350° F and spray 9 x 13-inch ovenproof baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread potatoes evenly on the bottom of the baking dish, layer 8 oz. sliced turkey on potatoes, and drizzle with ¼ cup of gravy.
Layer the green beans on top of gravy followed by the remaining turkey and finally the stuffing.
Pour the broth evenly over the casserole and then drizzle the remaining gravy
to finish it off.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35–40 minutes, removing aluminum foil halfway through to allow stuffing to get crispy.
Serve warm.
