Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. espresso powder
  • 2 tsp. cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. coconut sugar
  • ¼  tsp. pure peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk and water to a small pot over medium-high heat; bring to a boil.

  2. Add espresso powder, cacao powder, coconut sugar, and extract; whisk to combine. Remove from heat.

  3. Pour espresso mixture into a serving mug. Enjoy.
