Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • 1 (4-inch) piece fresh ginger coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring water, honey, and ginger to a boil in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Cover; allow to steep for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Strain to remove ginger.
  3. Chill at least 2 hours before using.
