Check Out These Yoga52 Program Calendars

If you want to stick to a consistent yoga practice, make it easy on yourself by following a calendar. With Yoga52 on Openfit, you can find a handful of calendars that tell you exactly when do a specific yoga class. With a set schedule, you don’t have to think about what to do next, you just have to cue up the video for that day!

With Yoga52, you can choose from five calendars, which vary by experience level and length of program. There are two-week calendars for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, and longer programs like the 30-day foundational calendar or the 4-week yoga challenge. No matter which one you follow, you’ll find quality classes led by our five world-class instructors.

Find all five calendars below with a description on what to expect from each one. Once you pick the one that works best for you, there are a few ways you can follow along with it. You can down load the calendar as a PDF on your phone or computer, print it out for a hard copy, or sign up for the program in the Openfit app using our plan enrollment feature. Once you choose your favorite method, all that’s left to do is un-roll your mat!

14-Day Class Schedule (Level 1)

New to yoga or looking for a refresher on the fundamentals? This two-week, intro-level program is for you. The instructors will go over all of the basics and help you train your body to take on deeper stretches and more complex poses in later workouts. You can also follow this class schedule whenever you feel like you need a couple of weeks to reset your body and realign your breath.

If you already have some yoga experience under your belt, sign up for this Level 2 calendar. These classes vary in intensity and will expose you to some more challenging poses and sequences, all while helping you build strength and increase your flexibility.
