Gingerbread Overnight Oats

  • 1 small apple
  • ¼ cup dry rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Ladder Whey or Plant Protein - Vanilla
  • 1 dash ground allspice
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash ground cloves
  • 1 dash ground ginger
  • ¼  tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk


  1. Dice apple into ½-inch pieces; set aside.

  2. Add oats, protein powder, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg to a 16-oz. jar (or sealable container); stir to combine.

  3. Add almond milk; mix well. Top with apple pieces. Seal; refrigerate overnight. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
