This bright and tasty smoothie gets its sweet flavor, vivid hue, and plenty of nutrients from a mix of raspberries, strawberries, and beet root powder.
Bring 2 cups water to a gentle boil in a small pot with a steamer basket over medium-high heat; add cauliflower to steamer basket. Steam for 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain; place cauliflower in refrigerator. Chill for 10 minutes, or until cool.
Place cauliflower, ice, coconut milk, strawberries, remaining ½ cup water, raspberries, protein powder, and beet root powder in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
