  • 1 cup ice
  • 8 fl. oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 scoop Ladder Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 scoop Ladder Superfood Greens Blend
  • ¼ medium avocado
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp. ground cardamom

Instructions
