Add banana, eggs, Ladder Plant Protein, and oats to a blender; cover. Blend until smooth; set aside.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; lightly coat with spray.
Pour ½ banana mixture into skillet; cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip; cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove pancake to a serving plate; repeat with remaining ½ of batter.
Top pancakes with walnuts and maple syrup. Serve warm.
