Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 scoops LADDER Chocolate Plant-Based Nutrition Shake
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 honey graham cracker

Instructions

  1. Peel banana; cut into chunks. Place in resealable plastic bag; freeze for 4 hours, or until completely frozen.

  2. To make toasted marshmallow flavoring, heat a small nonstick pan over low heat; add maple syrup. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes, until bubbles form and syrup is caramelized but not burnt; remove from heat. Add water; mix well.

  3. Place banana, LADDER Chocolate Plant-Based Nutrition Shake, almond milk, maple syrup mixture, and extract in a food processor or high-powered blender; cover. Pulse for 2 to 3 minutes, or until very smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Add more liquid, if needed, one Tbsp. at a time until desired consistency is reached.

  4. Divide mixture evenly between two small bowls; garnish evenly with crushed graham crackers. Or, store in an airtight container in freezer for up to 4 days until ready to eat. If frozen, set out at room temperature for 15 minutes to soften before serving.
