Preheat oven to 400°
Line large baking sheet with parchment paper; coat lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
Trim any brown stems and cut Brussels sprouts in half. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper; toss to coat. Arrange cut-side-down, leaving space between sprouts to prevent steaming.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are golden brown on the cut side. Stir; continue baking for 15 minutes more, or until browned and tender when pierced with a fork.
