Preheat oven to 450⁰ F and coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange cauliflower in a single layer on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Whisk together olive oil, hot pepper sauce, 1 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice, and garlic powder until combined.
Drizzle over cauliflower and toss to coat.
Return cauliflower to oven and cook for 15 minutes more (or until brown and slightly crispy), stirring every 5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately, or store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to four days.
