Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup cooked taro, chilled
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, ice, peaches, taro, and lime juice in a blender. Cover. Blend until smooth.
