Ingredients

  • 6 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 cups cucumbers cubed
  • 12 oz. chicken breast cooked, sliced, boneless, skinless
  • 8 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese (approx. 2 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Divide tomatoes, cucumbers, and chicken evenly between four bowls. 

  2. Top each bowl with 2 Tbsp. cheese. 

Recipe Notes

  • Drizzle tomatoes and cucumber in each bowl with 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar and ΒΌ tsp. dried oregano before adding chicken.
