  • 1 cup unsweetened rice milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop LADDER Plant-Based Nutrition Shake
  • 8 pecans, unsalted
  • 2 medium pitted dates
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place rice milk, ice, LADDER Plant-Based Nutrition Shake, pecans, dates, and cinnamon in blender, cover. Blend until smooth.
