Finely chop tomato, onion, and cilantro. Cut jalapeno in half lengthwise, remove seeds and veins; finely chop. Set aside.

Cut lime in half, squeeze lime juice over avocado. Add tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeño,
salt, and cumin. Stir gently to combine.
