Peel and slice bananas; place in a plastic bag and freeze for 4 hours or until solid.
Place frozen bananas in a food processor or high-powered blender; cover and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, approx. 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve immediately, or store in the freezer in an airtight container until ready to serve.
