Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • ΒΌ avocado
  • 1 slice whole grain bread toasted
  • sea salt or Himalayan salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Cook the eggs scrambled. Add salt and pepper as desired.

  3. Cut the avocado into slices.

  4. Serve eggs on top of or to the side of the avocado toast, with a side of strawberries or other fruit.
