Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries or frozen, thawed
  • ½ cup cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 1 scoop Ladder Pre-Workout
  • 5 sprigs fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Place coconut water, ice, blackberries, cucumber, Ladder Pre-Workout, and mint in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
