Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add onion, bell pepper, and carrot; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until onion is translucent.
Add garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.
Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Add chili powder, cumin, broth, tomatoes, beans, and pumpkin puree; cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add raw pumpkin; cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes, or until pumpkin is soft.
Top each serving with 1 Tbsp. yogurt and a sprinkle of parsley if desired.
