This classic Chicken Florentine features tender chicken breast is topped with spinach and melted cheese.
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Heat oil in ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.
Add chicken; cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the middle. Remove from heat.
Top chicken with spinach and cheese.
Bake for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
