NEW: Sound Meditation
If you want an easy way to de-stress and unwind, all you have to do is find a comfy seat, put on some headphones, and cue up Sound Meditation on Openfit. Led by international sound meditation facilitator and musician, Scarlett de la Torre, these meditations use the sound of various instruments to help calm your body and mind.
Ranging from 10 to 45 minutes, this beginner-friendly form of meditation is offered in four categories: sleep, anxiety and stress relief, self-care, and productivity and focus. There’s a meditation available to help with whatever you need in that moment.
NEW: Every Step
Looking for an exercise program that’s easy on your body? It doesn’t get any easier than walking! Every Step is a brand new LIVE walking program on Openfit that integrates walking workouts with Live trainers, themed content, great music, and an engaging community. It also includes simple nutrition to help you lose weight and improve your health, energy, and mood.
Every Step offers classes that feature a wide variety of themes ranging from 15 and 60 minutes. During a week, you’ll experience classes like Power Walk, Trivia Tuesday, Walk Club: 80’s Music, and more!

One Min Meal Plan
It only takes one minute to set up a customized meal plan to help you reach your goals. Answer a few questions, set your food preferences, and BAM! You’ll have healthy recipe options served up to you for every meal, every day.
Charting changes in weight can be a tedious task, but we’ve simplified it for you. This new functionality helps you to better measure and understand your progress, placing all of the tools you need in one place.
Badges and Streaks
Workout to earn badges! These reminders of your fitness milestones are a fun way to keep you motivated. And with the streak counter, you can set weekly workout goals and easily track your progress. Keep the streak alive!
Live Classes On Web
Bring in the big screen! Now you can take indoor Live classes via web on your computer, in addition to using the app on your phone or tablet. You’ll still be able to enjoy all the same features, like sending chats to the class and community, and sharing photos.
Monthly Challenges and Events
Whether you’re new to working out or looking to re-vamp your fitness habits, you’ll love our Live challenges. Each month has a different theme, and the workouts range from 15-40 minutes a day, three to five day a week. We also offer monthly events as another way to connect with the Openfit community.

A lack of accountability could be keeping you from reaching you goals. So we created the Openfit Teammates Facebook group where you can chat with other Openfit users and Live Trainers, get inspired, and stay motivated. You don’t have to do this alone – we’re here to help you every step of the way.
