What You Get From an Openfit Membership
1. Live Classes
You can join one of Openfit’s live fitness classes pretty much around the clock. Each one is led by a certified trainer, who can give you real-time feedback.
Our trainers lead a wide variety of classes that include strength, HIIT, yoga, weight training, kickboxing, and stretching — even guided running and walking sessions. There are more than 350 live classes every week that last anywhere from 5 to 40 minutes.
Once you join a live class, you can communicate with the trainers through our in-app messaging function. That’s where you can share your personal goals for the class, as well as any physical limitations you may have. And if you have questions during the class, you can message those to the trainer as well.
Also, every month Openfit hosts live challenges, which are series of classes with a dedicated theme or goal. When you do a Live Challenge, your trainer is right there with you — knowing just when to motivate you to dig deeper without pushing you further than what’s safe.
In addition to trainer access, you can build a “virtual” community that knows you by name and helps keep you coming back. Together, you’ll hold each other accountable to your workouts, especially on those days when your inspiration feels like it’s flagging. And that consistency can make it easier to get the results you want.
2. On-Demand Workouts
With Openfit, you not only have access to live classes — you can also stream results-driven, on-demand workouts led by world-class trainers. And you can do them on your own schedule. Here are some of our most popular on-demand fitness programs.
Xtend Barre is a fusion of ballet barre, Pilates, and cardio, combined into 30-minute routines that help you become strong, lean, and flexible. World-renowned barre instructor Andrea Rogers shows you how to turn your home into a ballet barre studio — but with no barre needed. All you need is a 6-by-6-foot space, a chair, and the willingness to work for great results.
You can also experience Xtend Barre as a live class! Xtend Barre Live features the same style of workouts, adding the one-on-one attention of an in-person studio class. Like those studio barre classes, Xtend Barre Live classes are scheduled at specific times each day, so be sure to sign up for them in the Live section of the Openfit app!
XB Pilates is Andrea Rogers’ second program on Openfit. It pairs traditional Pilates mat moves with reformer-inspired cardio sequences to sculpt your abs, tighten your booty, and build strength from head to toe. This is a fun, high-energy program that burns serious calories while helping you improve your posture, alignment, and mobility.
Rough Around the Edges
Rough Around The Edges is a series of high-octane, total-body workouts designed to sculpt your core, tone your arms, firm your booty, and flatten your tummy. You’ll work out with a team of top Hollywood stuntwomen and martial artists — in other words, experts who train their bodies to function at the highest level.
With 600 Secs, trainer Devin Wiggins packs a ton of intensity into efficient 10-minute workouts (i.e. 600 seconds!). Choose from dozens of workouts that target your abs, booty, legs, arms, and core, which can be done individually or stacked together, depending on your goals.
Everyone knows that yoga can help you build strength and flexibility, lose weight, improve balance, reduce stress, and reshape your body, but not everyone has time to do it consistently. Yoga52 lets you take a deep dive, at your own pace, on your own time. It’s led by five world-class instructors, allowing you to experience a variety of yoga teaching styles.
T-MINUS 30 is like a 90-day boot camp-style functional fitness program packed into an intense 30 days. Led by four-time Tough Mudder champion, Hunter McIntyre, this program shows you exactly what it takes to build strength, endurance, speed, and mobility.
How many times have you heard the saying, “great results start in the kitchen?” It’s true. However, knowing what to eat, how much to eat, and how to put it all together can be a challenge. Within the Openfit app, we make it easy to eat healthy by providing recipes, meal plans, and a food tracker. Combine that with our fun workouts and you’ll be well on your way to seeing serious results!
Personalized Meal Plan
After answering a few questions, we’ll recommend a healthy menu for each day of the week that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks.
Every meal plan will fall within your recommended macros and will exclude any food that you have already said “no” to. Can’t eat gluten or dairy? Let us know so we can remove it from your plan.
Meals That Fit Your Preferences
Want to swap out a recipe? Simply tap the screen and replace any meal with the one you want!
If you’re new to the kitchen, don’t worry. For each basic recipe, we’ll provide you some quick tips to make the experience less painful.
Food Tracking Capability
No matter how much you love your meal plan, we realize you’ll deviate from it on occasion. So, we’ve also built in the ability to track what you eat instead using the foods available in our extensive database.
You’ll receive updates in the app on how you’re tracking against your own daily goals for all of your calories and macronutrients.
4. Sugar Free 3
If you want a more specific nutrition program, try Sugar Free 3! This is an easy-to-follow, three-week eating plan designed to help you eliminate added sugars, refined carbs, and artificial sweeteners for just three weeks.
