What You Get From an Openfit Membership
1. Live Classes
You can join one of Openfit’s live fitness classes pretty much around the clock. Each one is led by a certified trainer, who can give you real-time feedback. There are more than 350 live classes every week that last anywhere from 5 to 40 minutes.
Our certified trainers lead a wide variety of classes that include strength, HIIT, yoga, weight training, kickboxing, and stretching — even guided running and walking sessions. During a class, they’ll walk you through the moves step by step, motivate you, and can provide you with personalized feedback if you turn your camera on. (Don’t worry, only the trainers can see you!) Once you join a live class, you can communicate with the trainers through our in-app messaging function. That’s where you can share your personal goals for the class, as well as any physical limitations you may have. And if you have questions during the class, you can message those to the trainer as well.
In addition to trainer access, you can build a “virtual” community that knows you by name and helps keep you coming back. By joining the Openfit Teammates Facebook Group, you and your teammates can hold each other accountable to your workouts, especially on those days when your inspiration feels like it’s flagging. Our Live trainers and fitness and nutrition experts also pop in to provide encouragement, tips, and advice!
Also, every month Openfit hosts Live Challenges, which are series of classes with a dedicated theme or goal. When you do a Live Challenge, your trainer is right there with you — knowing just when to motivate you to dig deeper without pushing you further than what’s safe.
Join the Openfit community for our special themed Live events! Like our Live group classes, these events are led by our certified trainers who will be tracking your stats, giving you tips, and celebrating your progress. Live events occur at least twice a month, with multiple sessions serving different time zones.

4 Weeks of Focus with Shay Mitchell
If you’ve ever wondered what celebrities do to stay fit, you can now experience it first-hand! 4 Weeks of Focus is an Openfit-exclusive program that gives you the chance to work out with actress and entrepreneur Shay Mitchell. She’s bringing her friend and accountability partner Steph along for the ride, and YOU can join them, too! Forget the gym and treadmill. All you need are two sets of dumbbells and a commitment to focus for four weeks.
Five days a week for 30 minutes each day, Kelsey will lead you, Shay, and Steph through challenging HIIT and metabolic resistance training workouts. These full-body sweat sessions are fast, furious, and effective. With four weeks of dedication, you’ll get stronger, torch a ton of calories, and lean out.
Xtend Barre is a fusion of ballet barre, Pilates, and cardio, combined into 30-minute routines that help you become strong, lean, and flexible. World-renowned barre instructor Andrea Rogers shows you how to turn your home into a ballet barre studio — but with no barre needed. All you need is a 6-by-6-foot space, a chair, and the willingness to work for great results.
You can also experience Xtend Barre as a live class! Xtend Barre Live features the same style of workouts, adding the one-on-one attention of an in-person studio class. Like those studio barre classes, Xtend Barre Live classes are scheduled at specific times each day, so be sure to sign up for them in the Live section of the Openfit app! Beginner Pilates with Lisa Hubbard
If you’ve always wanted to try Pilates, but didn’t know where to start, you’re in luck. You don’t need to find a local studio or buy any expensive equipment — you’ll find a simple solution here on Openfit with internationally recognized Pilates instructor Lisa Hubbard. Beginner Pilates is a three-week mat Pilates program specially designed for Pilates newbies.
Lisa’s routines are about 30 minutes and fuse Pilates, yoga, and dance to engage muscles throughout your body. Her clear and simple instructions ensure proper form and alignment for each exercise, and help you flow mindfully through the routines. At the end of three weeks you’ll be tighter, leaner and more toned.
Abs + Booty Burn with Jordan Morello
Fitness influencer Jordan Morello is bringing some of his favorite abs- and booty-focused workouts right here to Openfit, coaching you through a 30-day program of 25-minute workouts. Part HIIT, part strength training, the Abs + Booty Burn workouts focus on the abs and booty but really deliver total body results.
Jordan is all about keeping your body challenged and your mind focused on the goal — but also having fun — so while he may push your limits at first, he’ll help you stay motivated to keep coming back, so you keep on making progress day after day.
Everyone knows that yoga can help you build strength and flexibility, lose weight, improve balance, reduce stress, and reshape your body, but not everyone has time to do it consistently. Yoga52 lets you take a deep dive, at your own pace, on your own time. It’s led by five world-class instructors, allowing you to experience a variety of yoga teaching styles.
Openfit’s Sound Meditation was created and is led by international sound meditation facilitator and musician, Scarlett de la Torre, to help you feel more relaxed and peaceful — no matter what’s going on in your life. During a sound meditation, you focus on the sounds of overtone-emitting instruments, whose soothing tones create vibrations and frequencies that can help you feel at ease, rejuvenated, and content.
Scarlett created four categories of sound meditations exclusively for the Openfit family: sleep, anxiety and stress relief, self-care, and productivity and focus. These meditations range from 5 minutes to 60 minutes, so no matter how much (or how little) time you have, you’ll find the perfect meditation to meet your unique needs.
How many times have you heard the saying, “great results start in the kitchen?” It’s true. However, knowing what to eat, how much to eat, and how to put it all together can be a challenge. Within the Openfit app, we make it easy to eat healthy by providing recipes, meal plans, and a food tracker. Combine that with our fun workouts and you’ll be well on your way to seeing serious results!
One Minute Meal Plan
It only takes one minute to get a totally customized meal plan. After answering a few questions, we’ll recommend a healthy menu for each day of the week that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks.
Every meal plan will fall within your recommended macros and will exclude any food that you have already said “no” to. Can’t eat gluten or dairy? Don’t like a recipe that was suggested? Just press a few buttons to swap in your preferences.
No matter how much you love your meal plan, we realize you’ll deviate from it on occasion. So, we’ve also built in the ability to track what you eat instead using the foods available in our extensive database.
And if you’re new to the kitchen, don’t worry. For each basic recipe, we’ll provide you some quick tips to make the experience less painful.
