Named one of the 50 Fittest Athletes by Sports Illustrated in 2017, Hunter is best known for his prowess in the world of obstacle course racing. A four-time Tough Mudder Champion, he also loves teaching others how to take on — and conquer — the physical and mental challenges they’ll encounter on the course — and have a blast doing it!

What do you need to do T-MINUS 30? 

You only need a TV or mobile device with an internet connection and a pair of dumbbells. If you’d like, you can use two sets of dumbbells, one lighter and one heavier, but one set will work if that’s what you have. An exercise mat and a chin-up bar are optional.

 

How many workouts are in T-MINUS 30?

 Tough Mudder T-MINUS 30 features 21 unique workouts over 30 days — five days a week of work and one day of mobility. If you’re training for a Tough Mudder, Hunter also recommends run training two to three days a week and grip-strength training one to two days a week in addition to the main workouts. Remember, if you’re doing the 5K event, less training is needed, but it’s recommended if you are looking to push yourself harder throughout the course.
