Three weeks can change your life. Seriously. The difference in three short weeks of being on Sugar Free 3 is remarkable. I’ve always been a healthy meal eater, but I always had dessert after meals and candy throughout the day. And I used to have unmanageable cravings that would literally have me stopping at gas stations for a bag of candy or something sweet.
Since doing Sugar Free 3, I’ve cut out desserts and candy. I don’t feel compelled to eat sugary foods multiple times a day, which is something I thought I’d never be able to say!
