The Sugar Free 3 eating plan is simple. There are only two main categories of food on the program — Allowed and Not Allowed — and the list of what’s allowed is surprisingly extensive. You’ll be eating chicken, burgers, steak, vegetables, fruit, potatoes, nuts…even cheese. You can even indulge in a once-a-week “Mindful Indulgence” — a treat of your choice from the Not Allowed list.
