Join Us for the Next Openfit Live Challenge! 

Whether you’re new to working out or looking to re-vamp your fitness habits, you’ll love Openfit’s Live Challenges. Ranging from one week to a month, these Challenges can help you stay accountable and motivated to reach your goals.

Led in real-time by certified fitness trainers, these Live Challenges will make it feel like your own personal trainer is leading you through a custom workout plan. It’s just all in an app! The workouts range from 15-60 minutes a day, and depending on the challenge you do, you’ll be exercising three to seven days a week.

There are multiple Live Challenges that you can choose from: There’s the five-day Fit Week Challenge that starts fresh every Monday. Then there’s a rotating four-week Challenge that starts at the beginning of each month. There will always be multiple workout time slots available across different time zones, so be sure to check back each month to see what’s coming up!

And don’t forget to join the Openfit Teammates Facebook group where you can interact with people who are doing the same challenge as you, and feel the support of your community as they cheer you on every step of the way.


How to sign up for an Openfit Live Challenge:

  1. Go to the Openfit app.
  2. Scroll down to the Programs tab.
  3. Select “Live Trainer-Led” programs to see all challenge options.
  4. Choose the challenge and time option that’s right for you.
  5. Show up in the app on Day 1 for your first class!


How Do the Live Challenges Work?

It’s so easy to get started with Openfit Live Challenges. Once you select your Challenge from the Programs section of the app, you’ll be prompted to choose a time slot. It’s just like signing up for a workout class at a studio! Once you’re signed up, you’ll get an email with your workout times. You’ll have the option to pair it with your calendar, so you never have to worry about forgetting your class.

When the Challenge starts, all you need to do is head over to the Home tab of the app to see what’s coming up. No need to choose individual classes – it’s all set up for you! And as you make your way through the Challenge, your progress will be tracked in the app.

How to change your workout time:

Scheduling your workouts for the same time everyday is a great way to keep yourself accountable, but we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you can’t make your normal time slot, all you need to do is click into the class and select “Reschedule” at the bottom, and select a new time for that class.


What Are the Live Classes Like?

When your Live class begins, you’ll be greeted by your certified personal trainer who will lead you through the workout in real-time, from start to finish. You’ll be shown videos that demonstrate each exercise so you know how to perform each move correctly.

We highly recommend that you turn on your camera so your trainer can help you throughout class by providing you with real-time feedback and modification suggestions. (Don’t worry – only the trainer can see you!) Similar to having a personal trainer at the gym, this can help you get the best possible results. Learn more about our Live classes here.

Get Moving Live Challenge

You’ll sweat and sculpt with a combination of cardio and weight training classes, while Jen Widerstrom will break down the fundamentals and basics to help beginners build the confidence and courage to workout.

Run Club Live Challenge 

Running is better with friends – come join your Teammates on the streets or on the treadmill with a variety of fun live running classes.

Summer Strength Live Challenge

Grab your weights and a jump rope to start Summer Strong! With a mix of strength and strength & conditioning live classes, this live challenge will help you build muscle and work up a sweat.

Summer Sweat Live Challenge

You’ll take our popular kickboxing classes and mix them up with cardio and jump rope classes in this fun live challenge.

XB Summer Sculpt Live Challenge

Xtend Barre live classes designed to fill your summer with lots of sweat, sizzle and sculpting.

Pilates Summer Sculpt Live Challenge 

This will be a mix of pilates classes that focus on sculpting, lengthening and mobility AND will bring back our super popular Magic Circle classes.

Summer Chill Live Challenge

Chill vibes only with this new live yoga challenge that focuses on flow and restoration – the perfect complement to any challenge or program you may be doing.

Xtend Barre Basics Live Challenge 

The Xtend Barre Basics Live Challenge is designed for members of all levels to help learn the foundations of Xtend Barre. During each live class, you’ll get a delicious low-impact but high-energy workout, guided by a trainer who can help you with your form and give you personalized encouragement. It’s the boutique Xtend Barre studio experience, all from the comfort of your home.

Every Step Live Challenge

Every Step is a LIVE walking program on Openfit that integrates walks with live trainers, themed content, great music, and an engaging community. Fit Week
