Join Us for the Next Openfit Live Challenge!
Whether you’re new to working out or looking to re-vamp your fitness habits, you’ll love Openfit’s Live Challenges. Ranging from one week to a month, these Challenges can help you stay accountable and motivated to reach your goals.
Led in real-time by certified fitness trainers, these Live Challenges will make it feel like your own personal trainer is leading you through a custom workout plan. It’s just all in an app! The workouts range from 15-40 minutes a day, and depending on the challenge you do, you’ll be exercising three to five day a week.
There are multiple Live Challenges that you can choose from: There’s the five-day Fit Week Challenge that starts fresh every Monday. Then there’s a rotating four-week Challenge that starts at the beginning of each month. There will always be multiple workout time slots available across different time zones, so be sure to check back each month to see what’s coming up!
And don’t forget to join the Openfit Teammates Facebook group where you can interact with people who are doing the same challenge as you, and feel the support of your community as they cheer you on every step of the way.
How to sign up for an Openfit Live Challenge:
- Go to the Openfit app.
- Scroll down to Programs.
- Select “Live Trainer-Led” programs to see all challenge options.
- Choose the challenge and time option that’s right for you.
- Show up in the app on Day 1 for your first class!
How Do the Live Challenges Work?
It’s so easy to get started with Openfit Live Challenges. Once you select your Challenge from the Programs section of the app, you’ll be prompted to choose a time slot. It’s just like signing up for a workout class at a studio! Once you’re signed up, you’ll get an email with your workout times. You’ll have the option to pair it with your calendar, so you never have to worry about forgetting your class.
When the Challenge starts, all you need to do is head over to the Home tab of the app to see what’s coming up. No need to choose individual classes – it’s all set up for you! And as you make your way through the Challenge, your progress will be tracked in the app.
How to change your workout time:
Scheduling your workouts for the same time everyday is a great way to keep yourself accountable, but we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you can’t make your normal time slot, all you need to do is click into the class and select “Reschedule” at the bottom, and select a new time for that class.
What Are the Live Classes Like?
When your Live class begins, you’ll be greeted by your certified personal trainer who will lead you through the workout in real-time, from start to finish. You’ll be shown videos that demonstrate each exercise so you know how to perform each move correctly.
We highly recommend that you turn on your camera so your trainer can help you throughout class by providing you with real-time feedback and modification suggestions. Fit Week is a five-day Live Challenge featuring a mix of Openfit’s “greatest hits.” If you’re new to live classes or just looking to switch things up, this is a great way to see what the app has to offer. A new Fit Week Live Challenge kicks off every Monday, so you never have to wait too long to begin!

August Summer Live Challenge
This August, you can choose between two different Live challenges! Whether you want to focus on sculpting your body with barre and Pilates, or pushing your limits with high intensity training, these challenges will help you stick to your goals throughout this hot summer month.
Summer Live Challenge: Sculpt
We’re amping up the Sculpt Challenge for August with brand new Xtend Barre Live classes. You’ll take a mix of live Xtend Barre and mat Pilates classes with a certified trainer four days a week. The workouts are 25 minutes for the first two weeks, and 40 minutes for the second two weeks. Be prepared to build proper form and technique, sculpt your entire body, all while staying low-impact but high-intensity.

Summer Live Challenge: Level Up
The Level-Up Challenge is designed to help you break through plateaus, featuring a mix of high-impact and high-intensity classes like kickboxing, HIIT, and strength training. Live workouts will be four days a week, 25- to 40-minutes a day.
