Health, Fitness, and Nutrition Content You Can Trust

At Openfit, we take science seriously. Our products are developed by an expert team of fitness and nutrition scientists and professionals. And, all of our science-based editorial content is reviewed and fact-checked by accredited experts.

Openfit’s Editorial Standards

Creating great content isn’t magic. It takes hard work and a team of talented individuals to publish engaging, unbiased, service-oriented content that you can trust.

Content Review Process

After a piece of content is written by a subject expert, it’s reviewed by the Openfit editorial team. It’s their job to make sure articles meet our journalistic standards, and that they are actionable, digestible, and accessible.

After the Openfit editorial team reviews the copy, they send it to the Fitness, Nutrition, and Results team, many of whom are featured below. At least one member of this team of accredited nutrition, fitness, or health experts reviews the content to make sure that all facts are sound and that all studies have been correctly interpreted. The content then returns to the Openfit editors who add images and publish the piece on Openfit.com.

We do this because we want to provide you with the solid health and fitness information you can use and trust.
