Who Should Do Openfit Live Workouts?

Openfit Live Workout

If you like your fitness with an extra dose of motivation and individual attention, Openfit Live workouts are a great fit for you. Certified trainers lead a wide variety of live group classes, including strength training, running, walking, HIIT, yoga, kickboxing, stretching, and more.

In an Openfit Live workout, you get all the camaraderie of a group fitness class, along with personalized feedback and modifications based on your fitness level — but in the comfort of your own home. You’ll also have the option to authorize the Openfit app or your computer to access to your camera, allowing your trainer (and only your trainer!) to see you during your workout.

Openfit Live is also an excellent choice if you get bored easily with workouts. You can change up your routine as often as you like, and pick and choose classes that fit best with your schedule. On the Live Class Schedule screen, you can search by the day or by the type of class to find one that works for you.

Who Should Do Openfit On-Demand Workouts?

Openfit On Demand

If you have an unpredictable schedule, and you typically need to squeeze your workout in between Zoom calls or while your kids are napping, Openfit’s on-demand workouts may be the best fit for you. Most of these workouts take 30 minutes or less, and they’re available whenever you’re ready to work out — no scheduling or planning needed.

Follow a workout program from start to finish, like the 30-Day Signature Xtend Barre program or the Rough Around the Edges 30-Day Training calendar. Or choose whatever workout you’re in the mood for that day — there are hundreds of options, from barre and Pilates to yoga and high-intensity workouts.

Every class you take is logged in the Workouts Completed screen on your app, making it easy to track your progress.
