This breakfast will fuel your morning and give you a berry boost from a whole cup of blueberries.
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch sea salt or Himalayan salt
- ½ cup dry old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Bring water and salt to a boil in medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add oats; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Place oatmeal in medium serving bowl; top with blueberries.
