  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Ladder Hydration
  • ½ small pink grapefruit

Instructions

  1. Add water, ice, and Ladder Hydration to a water bottle; squeeze grapefruit overtop. Cover; shake to combine. Enjoy!
