- 1 cup unsweetened rice milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop LADDER Plant-Based Nutrition Shake
- 8 pecans, unsalted
- 2 medium pitted dates
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
Place rice milk, ice, LADDER Plant-Based Nutrition Shake, pecans, dates, and cinnamon in blender, cover. Blend until smooth.
