Bands of children chasing down ice cream trucks, and the sweet rewards of their efforts. Our Kiwi Popsicle recipe isn’t packed with refined sugar. These popsicles contain only natural ingredients and are a mere 65 calories each.
Fresh kiwi is mixed with pineapple juice which adds a hint of tartness. Kiwis are not only blended into each pop but diced and added prior to freezing, imparting texture to every bite.

Kiwi Popsicles
These sweet pineapple and kiwi popsicles have only 65 calories and they look impressive!
Ingredients
- 3 medium kiwifruit peeled, divided use
- 1 cup 100% pineapple juice
- ¼ cup water
Instructions

Slice 1 kiwi; evenly place slices in four ice pop molds; set aside. Coarsely chop remaining 2 kiwis.

Place pineapple juice, water, and chopped kiwis in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Pour pineapple juice mixture evenly into ice pop molds; freeze for at least four hours, or until set.
