Green Smoothie Bowl Ingredients

Our green smoothie bowl is filling and hydrating (there are both water and ice in the smoothie base). Plus, it hits the spot when you want a little more oomph than a standard smoothie to get your day going or refuel after a workout. This green smoothie bowl delivers 25 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber, and 6 grams of fat.

For a creamy texture and a touch of sweetness, our green smoothie bowl base has bananas, as well as Ladder Vanilla Plant Protein, to make it a more complete recovery food after a sweat sesh. There’s also the MVP of green leafy vegetables, spinach, plus Ladder Superfood Greens to deliver nutrients — and a cool burst of color. Green Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 scoop Ladder Vanilla Plant Protein
  • 1 scoop Ladder Superfood Greens
  • ¼ cup fresh mixed berries
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ tsp. chia seeds


  1. Place banana and water in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Add ice, spinach, Ladder Plant Protein, and Ladder Superfood Greens; cover. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into a shallow serving bowl; top with berries, coconut, and chia seeds. Enjoy!
