Like our chocolate blueberry protein shake, this protein green smoothie starts with a base of creamy almond milk, then adds frozen mango and banana to thicken and sweeten it naturally. Plus, that dynamic fruity duo gives your smoothie a tropical vibe that perfectly balances the greens. A generous handful of baby spinach adds a serving of greens (and a vibrant hue). And a serving of Ladder Superfood Greens is the real secret weapon, adding high-quality plant-based ingredients, rich with vitamins and minerals. Just one serving a day helps fill gaps in an ordinary diet.*
That avocado might sound like a surprising addition, but it adds a rich creaminess along with healthy fats.
Here’s how to make our green protein smoothie. Want a chocolate green shake recipe? We’ve got you — and it’s vegan!
