A goal of mine has been to make the perfect French omelet. This was a tricky undertaking but with much practice, and a ton of tutorial watching, my goal was achieved. What I found in all of my delicious training, was that eating omelets every day can get boring. Finding new, interesting ingredients to add was a challenge. I found myself using the same go-to ingredients over and over or I made my work too complicated, adding too many ingredients making for a muddy and overpowering breakfast.
