With nine years as a fitness trainer under her belt and a belief that her platform can be used to create a positive impact, Christina travels the U.S. as a Master Trainer and National Presenter for Life Time Fitness. She approaches fitness with a belief that growth comes from discomfort, helping guide riders through moments of doubt and across the finish line.
Christina is certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for Group Fitness and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for Mixed Martial Arts and Youth Exercise. Other certifications include TRX, Spartan SGX, Spinning, Pound, ZUMBA, Mixxedfit, Piloxing, and Pop Pilates.
Dyan has been in the fitness industry for more than 10 years, working to bring health and happiness to people of all ages and fitness levels. A small thing with a helluva lot of energy, her workouts are challenge-packed and filled with inspiration! And since starting on her fitness journey and changing her lifestyle habits, Dyan has lost over 80 pounds.
Dyan has a B.S. in Athletic Training from Alfred University and is certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Other certifications include Madd Dogg and Schwinn cycling, Kettlebell Concepts Level 1, Modo Yoga (Alliance) 300 hour, Ishta Yoga Meditation. Shaun Patrick Tubbs
This actor, director, avid runner, and fitness professional originally from Cleveland, Ohio, is ready to help you on your fitness journey. With a belief that true health must come from inside before it can show up on the outside, Shaun’s not about pushing you to your limits. For him, health isn’t about how far you go, but a commitment to each step you take. Shaun is currently the Lead Instructor for Harlem Cycle, an instructor for CITYROW, and online instructor for CITYROW GO.
Shaun has certifications from AFAA Group Exercise, Schwinn Indoor Sports Cycling, and Heart Rate Performance Specialist.
A mom of a toddler with a masters in psych, as well a slew of fitness certifications, Jesse Barton plans to up your fitness game while never losing sight of the mental component. Before starting her career in fitness, Jesse was an actress and model appearing in campaigns for brands like Adidas and Under Armour. Now, she is an avid runner and has completed numerous marathons and half-marathons.
Jesse’s credentials include a NASM personal trainer and yoga teacher certification, as she is also a Women’s Fitness Specialist, kickboxing instructor, and run coach.
A California native, Justin is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a tremendous passion for health, wellness, and positivity. As a former dancer, Justin understands body mechanics, proper form, and the importance of self-care and self-discipline, which he shares with each one of his clients as well as class participants. Justin made the full-time switch to fitness in 2012 and has since worked for top NYC gyms and fitness studios both in studio and online/on demand.
Justin is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, NASM-Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM-Certified Weight Loss Specialist, and NESTA- Heart Rate Training Specialist. He additionally has certifications from AFAA-Group Fitness, Schwinn Cycling, Kettlebell Concepts (KBC) L1, Pre-/Post-Natal Training, Integrated Stretch, TRX, Antigravity Yoga, 200hr Vinyasa.

A former NFL Cheerleader with a background in dance from New York’s AMDA Dance Conservatory, Davanna, a Southern girl, is taking on the big city one workout at time! Her love of teaching fitness started with cycling three years ago and has since expanded to HIIT, boxing, and Muay Thai. She truly believes that movement heals.
But before becoming a fitness instructor, Davanna saw the world, as dance took her everywhere from the Today show’s Rockefeller Plaza to Asia with the China Hoops International Tour. When Davanna isn’t working out or dancing, she is most likely trying to find the best chocolate chip cookies in New York. Balance, right? If you need someone to believe in you, she does.
Miriam believes fitness should be challenging yet scalable, functional but fun. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor based out of New York City, with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and a specialty in Cardiac Rehab from Brooklyn College, whose greatest passion is building community through movement and fitness. When not in the saddle, you can find Miriam getting her heart rate up with running and strength training.
Miriam holds certifications as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach. Throughout her professional career, she has enjoyed working in various settings within the health and wellness field, including: Human Anatomy & Physiology Lab Professor at Brooklyn College, Exercise Physiologist in a Cardiac Rehab program, and as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
