Coconut Pineapple Popsicles

Coconut and pineapple are inherently tropical. Just the fragrance of coconut alone evokes images of white sand beaches, palm lined shores, and fruity cocktail indulgences with teeny paper umbrellas by the pool. If you won’t be traveling to a tropical island this summer, doesn’t mean you can’t escape a bit and insert a little bite of paradise into your day. In our recipe for Coconut Pineapple Popsicles we’ve added a a touch of fresh cilantro, giving each pop a flavorful kick.

If cilantro does not agree with you, try basil or mint, or simply omit this ingredient and enjoy fruity tropical popsicle bliss.
