We also snuck some cauliflower rice into this recipe, but we bet you won’t even notice it! If you’re unfamiliar with using cauliflower rice in a smoothie, you’ll be pleased to find that it packs in a bunch of extra nutritional benefits without adding much flavor. It also helps create a thicker texture to give this shake more body.

Better yet, this tasty chocolate coconut shake is completely vegan and it doesn’t have any added sugar! That’s in large part thanks to Openfit’s Plant-Based Protein Shake, which is made up of vegan pea protein and naturally sweetened with monk fruit and stevia. If you’re following Sugar Free 3, you can add this recipe to your list of approved, quick and easy breakfasts.

And hey, we’re not going to tell you that you can only have this recipe for breakfast. You can also enjoy it as a dessert! This protein-packed shake will satisfy your chocolate cravings and can be enjoyed in the morning or for a nighttime snack.
