  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop LADDER Plant-Based Nutrition Shake
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • ½ large banana
  • 3 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
