Add These Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Bites to Your Game Day Buffet

Made with simple ingredients and healthy cauliflower, you’ll absolutely love this easy recipe for buffalo cauliflower bites.
Whether you’re looking for a satisfying, creative snack or a healthier game day app, you’ll want to try out this easy and delicious recipe. While most buffalo bite recipes call for chicken as the base, we’ve swapped in a veggie for a plant-based version everyone can enjoy. Our vegan buffalo cauliflower bites recipe starts with a base of cauliflower florets, which you’ll toss in a simple spicy and tangy coating made of hot pepper sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
All you have to do is wash and chop your cauliflower—though we certainly won’t judge you if you buy a bag of prepped florets—combine the sauce ingredients, toss everything together, and then let the oven do the heavy lifting.
This recipe makes four roughly 1-cup servings, which clock in at just 74 calories, 4 grams of fat, and 9 grams of carbohydrates. You’ll also get a healthy dose (4 grams) of fiber per serving.
