This simple but flavorful cabbage is a tasty, healthy side dish!
- 1 medium head green cabbage cut in half, core removed, sliced
- 1 cup low-sodium organic chicken or vegetable broth
- ¼ tsp. sea salt or Himalayan salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Place cabbage in large baking dish; top with broth. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover baking dish tightly with foil.
Bake for 1 hour, turn cabbage wedges with tongs. Bake for 15 to 20 additional minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
