By using 100% whole grain bread with mashed avocado on top, you’re eating a combination of filling healthy fats and fiber.”

Pay attention to ingredients and how they’re prepared, and you can make one deliciously satiating (and healthy!) avocado toast. Just be sure to keep an eye on how much avocado you add: An average-sized California avocado contains 227 calories, and an average-sized Florida avocado contains 365 calories. The recommended serving size is ⅓ of an avocado.
