Features:

Aquaprotect System
With Centra Active, you no longer have to worry about breaking a sweat while participating in your favorite sport. Centra Active's exclusive Aquaprotect System repels sweat, moisture and humidity better than any other hearing aid on the market! Centra Active's housing is nanocoated, a proprietary Siemens technology that repels moister and debris. Siemens also added a Gore clip on microphone cover that protects the microphone against sweat and moisture. Also included is Siemens C-Guard barrier that protects against wax and humidity for months at a time.

Easy to Use Charger
Centra Active is rechargeable! A 5 hour charge is good for an entire day! The Centra Active charger will alert you if you insert the hearing aids incorrectly or try to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. If you forget to charge or are away from home with the charger, no problem! The Centra Active also takes standard hearing aid batteries!

RIC Technology
Siemens has put the hearing aid receiver where your hearing occurs-in your ear! It's comfortable, virtually invisible and available in different lengths. Centra Active is also the only RIC that offers Sound Smoothing, Data Learning and e2e wireless (read about these features below).

Sound Smoothing
Sound Smoothing is the first and only sound suppression system that automatically distinguishes transient noise from speech. It provides world class wearer comfort by targeting and suppressing impulsive, non-speech sounds such as rustling paper, breaking glass and clanging dishes while leaving speech signals intact. You will immediately appreciate Sound Smoothing at your next noisy group setting.

Data Learning
DataLearning takes conventional data logging systems to the next level with the world’s first trainable hearing system. This proprietary technology not only records information, it also incorporates an on-board learning system that automatically fine-tunes the wearer’s volume control preferences for different listening environments. Adjustments are made by the system — without added trips to the Hearing Care Professional’s office.

e2e Wireless
e2e wireless is the first technology to synchronize the signal processing of both hearing instruments — so that they transition between omni-directional and directional microphone modes simultaneously, while always having matched volume levels. Plus they have easy one-touch controls for simultaneous volume or program adjustments. This means that the two instruments are always properly balanced so wearers localize sounds better.

Feedback Cancellation System
Centra Active offers the most advanced feedback Cancellation System ever! CENTRA’s feedback cancellation system is the first to automatically adapt the timing of the system to act on the incoming sound. This feature reduces or eliminates feedback with virtually no artifacts in any condition.

Directional Microphone System
Centra Active's automatic, multi-channel adaptive Directional Microphone System will substantially improve your hearing in difficult situations.

Automatic Speech and Noise Management
Centra Active is built to let you hear more natural. It has the most advanced system for filtering out non-speech noises.

eWind Screen
Centra Active's eWindScreen is the best electronic wind reduction system that Siemens has ever created. It detects wind conditions and adapts the hearing instruments automatically for maximum comfort.

ePocket Remote
Makes wearer adjustments even easier and more discreet, as well as offers the ability to display current settings for volume and listening mode.

Wide variety of colors
Centra Active is available in the following colors: Silver, Beige, Brown, Charcoal, Chestnut, Golden Blond, Grey, Granite, White, Brown and Black.
