You are allowed a 50 day no-questions-asked trial period. This starts from the day you receive your aids. You may return the aids and all accessories within the 50 day trial for a full refund minus $75 shipping & restocking fee. We do encourage you to let us know of any concerns you have with your aids before sending them back.
